  • No Returns or Exchanges: Digital cards cannot be returned or exchanged after payment and delivery under any circumstances.
  • PUBG Mobile Cards: The PUBG Mobile cards available in our store are valid only for the Global version and cannot be used for the Korean or Vietnamese versions.
  • Verify Product Details: Customers must carefully read the product details before making a purchase to ensure it meets their requirements.
  • Store Responsibility: Our responsibility ends once the digital card has been delivered to the customer's account. We are not liable for any subsequent loss or damage to the purchased electronic goods.
  • Incorrect Information: If the customer provides incorrect information during the purchase process, the store will not be responsible for any resulting issues.
  • Recharge Issues:
    • If you receive an error message stating "Invalid format", please ensure you have entered the code correctly.
    • Please allow 24 to 96 business hours for the issue to be resolved by the card provider.
    • If the issue is caused by the main company (e.g., PUBG Mobile), we will submit a request to them with your game account details, but we are not responsible for any delays from their side.
  • Incorrect Purchases: The store is not responsible for incorrect purchases made by the customer due to negligence, providing false information, or any other reason that may result in losses. No replacements or refunds will be issued for such cases.
  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Order Cancellation: Once an order is completed, the customer has no right to cancel it or request a refund.
  • Incorrect Player ID Entry: If the player enters the wrong Player ID (account identifier), the store is not responsible for any failed top-ups.
  • Policy Updates: JoCards Store reserves the right to modify or add terms to this page at any time without prior notification. Customers are responsible for staying updated on any changes.
